Refund & Replacement Policies
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours.
Our store does NOT accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the below criteria:
Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that is lost in transit. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Note: Deal Hut will not be held liable for any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. International customers must provide a phone number.

Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping times are posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.
All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the funds reflect on the customer’s bank account.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement or refund.
Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. Deal Hut reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us email@example.com
Satisfaction/Money back guarantee
For a select amount of products, we offer a satisfaction and money back guarantee. You may try the products within reason and return them to us within 30 days of purchase– and get your money back. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you must return it to us within 30 days. Any returns received beyond the 30-days grace period will be rejected. Should you wish to return your package in accordance with the satisfaction guarantee, you will need to include a note in your parcel that explicitly says that you would wish to use the satisfaction guarantee. Please be aware that the satisfaction guarantee only applies to customers that have tried the products - if the products are unused, then our normal return conditions apply.
